We are located in the Northern part of the city, which is known to be the nicest area. Aguascalientes has a three concentric traffic loop system; we are about 500 meters away from loop 2, so we are very well connected to the rest of the city. Even if your workplace is in the South it will be just a 20-30 minutes drive, while you enjoy the benefits of living surrounded by places and services you will probably need and above all in the safest places in town.

You can take a taxi at just about any time of the day or night just around the corner. Public bus service is a few meters away. Three banks are around the corner and several others less than 5 minutes´away. Galerias Aguascalientes Mall is across the street. Office Depot, Aguascalientes' best bookstore, laundry, travel agency, money exchange and even a couple of gyms... you guess it, around the corner.
